Terms and Conditions

These terms set out the basis on which you may use the RefinedMenu website, make reservations, dine with us, and access the real physical casino within our venue. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing or using the RefinedMenu website, making a reservation, dining at our restaurant, or entering the casino, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, diners, and casino guests. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

RefinedMenu may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Reservations and Dining

Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and special events. A credit card may be required to secure bookings for larger parties. We accommodate dietary requirements with advance notice. To make a reservation by phone, call +64 3 929 5846.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. The fee amount is at our discretion and will be communicated at the time of booking.

Dining Conduct

We ask all guests to respect our staff, other diners, and the sophisticated atmosphere of our restaurant. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts the experience. Smart casual dress is encouraged. Children are welcome in the restaurant area but not in the casino.

Casino Access

The casino at RefinedMenu is a real, physical gaming space featuring poker, roulette, and blackjack tables. Entry is restricted to guests aged 20 years or older, in accordance with New Zealand law. Valid photo ID is required for entry. The casino is part of the restaurant premises and is not an online or virtual casino.

Responsible Conduct

We expect all casino guests to play responsibly and respectfully. Our staff are trained to assist and can provide information on responsible gambling resources. Face-to-face play only; no electronic gaming machines. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service.
